These clients live on the water so we wanted to frame the lovely view with these embroidered silk window treatments with tassel fringe applied on the leading edge. We found the panel over the bed in the clients' attic which became our inspiration piece for the room. We chose to use armless upholstered chairs in this bedroom as well as an upholstered bench at the foot of the bed. We made a quilted bedcover and pillows to match! From the same house in Suffolk, Virginia; this is the hallway landing. The foyer in this house is open so when you walk through the front door, you look up to see these beautiful window treatments. |
